The string quartet is the ideal size of ensemble for most events ranging from a handful of guests up to a hundred. For more we may choose to amplify us so we can be heard better after the consultation with you.

The combination of two violins, viola and cello can create a wide range of textures and moods varying from the most subtle and delicate to a full, rich string sound.

We also operate as a trio - two violins and piano (we can supply high-quality digital piano at no extra cost if an acoustic piano is not available or if existing is out of tune). A Trio is suitable for fans of piano sound combined with strings, or if your budget does not stretch to a full string quartet.

Chamber Orchestra - for bigger occasions.

We play music from a wide range of composers and styles, designed to make your event special. Popular classics, ragtime, easy listening and pop. We do play Bohemian Rhapsody by Queen and other Vitamin like hits!
